If you want your Bowl games hot and ready, the Little Caesars Bowl begins at Ford Field in Detroit on December 26th with the Western Michigan Broncos competing with the Purdue Boilermakers. Back in 1998 when it was formerly called the Motor City Bowl, former Michigan State football coach George Perles helped give birth to the Little Caesars Bowl. It is been a Michigan tradition since then with fantastic fights every year and this year is no diverse. In the 1980′s and 1990′s, these two squads could have been a lock for a Fiesta Bowl or another BCS-type game however the BCS process was not in place back then. Players and systems might transform through the years, but these two squads can still put on one heck of a show. The Florida State Seminoles take on the Fighting Irish in the Champs Sports Bowl in Orlando on December 29th. We have Jimbo Fisher versus Brian Kelly rather than Bobby Bowden versus Lou Holtz in what is sure to be a great game.
